- Job Summary
The Process Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective training delivery for our BPO travel operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training within the BPO travel industry, with a strong emphasis on GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre).
Key Responsibilities - Training Program Development:
-Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including course materials, presentations, and assessments, aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
-Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different employee groups and levels of experience. - Training Delivery:
-Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing effective instructional techniques and methodologies.
-Facilitate knowledge transfer, problem-solving, and skill development among trainees.
-Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees throughout the training process. - Performance Evaluation:
-Assess trainee performance and progress through regular evaluations and assessments.
Identify areas for improvement and provide targeted feedback to enhance learning and development. - Knowledge Management:
-Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for the BPO travel operations. - Process Improvement:
-Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
-Develop and implement training programs to support process changes and enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience Minimum 6-10 years of experience in BPO travel operations.Flexibility for Travelling is a mustAt least 4 years of experience in training on GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre).Proficiency in German or French language (C1 level) is a must.Proficiency in English language (B2/C1 level).Strong instructional design and delivery skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proven track record of successful training program development and implementation.Additional Skills (Preferred) Experience with quality management systems and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).Experience in coaching and mentoring.If you are a passionate and experienced trainer looking to contribute to the success of our BPO travel operations, we encourage you to apply.
