- Supervising the activities of nurses, nurse managers, and nursing supervisors within the units.
- Communicating with the infection control team to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assisting the head nurse in planning functional tasks for the nursing team in critical care units and ensuring proper task distribution.
- Participating in all training sessions for the nursing team and disaster management programs.
- Contributing to the development of the orientation program and the nursing unit development plan with the training team and Nursing Director.
- Guiding and directing new employees.
- Ensuring optimal use of supplies and medical equipment.
- Taking immediate corrective actions as required for any clinical errors.
- Ensuring the implementation of health education for patients and their families as needed.
- Holding regular meetings with staff to discuss unit issues and reporting to the Nursing Director
- Daily meetings with the Nursing Director to discuss daily nursing management issues.
- Attending department meetings chaired by the Nursing Director.
- Working to convey the group's goals to managers and critical care unit nursing heads.
- Reviewing nursing policies and procedures.
- Participating in initiatives to develop and improve nursing team performance, education programs, unit activities, and roles.
- Serving as a liaison between nursing supervisors and the nursing director.
- Maintaining records of nursing staff (sick leaves, task lists, vacation plans).
- Reviewing nursing rosters for all hospital units and floors before approval.
- Collecting monthly activity reports, statistical data, and annual reports and submitting them to the Nursing Director.
- Monitoring nursing practice according to professional values and ethical principles.
- Assisting in employee counseling sessions and performance evaluations.
- Conducting an annual performance assessment for all employees in collaboration with the nursing education team.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing >10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the same specialization (non Critical Care Unit patient care) as Charge,Head Or supervisor .Valid nursing license.Highly proficient in communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Maintaining a professional appearance.Must be creative in ideas and possess critical thinking skills.Demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork.
