- Post job ads on various recruitment channels such as (Wuzzuf , Linked-in, Forasna, and Facebook).
- Screen & Collect CVs from different recruitment channels.
- Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
- Conduct placement tests to rate job applicant competencies and assess their suitability.
- Send Job Offers to accepted applicants.
- Manage the whole recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct regular Salary Surveys.
- Write and update job descriptions regularly
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
