This role will be responsible for leading a team of testers, developing test strategies, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of testing deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of testers.
- Test Strategy Development: Define and execute testing strategies for various projects.
- Automation: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, and create automated test scripts.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Qualifications:ISTQB Foundation and ISTQB Test Analyst Certification (Required)Minimum 3 years of leading a quality team (Required)Test Automation Experience (Required)Experience in test strategy, planning, and executionExcellent leadership and communication skillsISTQB Test Manager Certification (Preferred)Mobile Testing Experience (Preferred)
