Business Development Manager ( Contracting )

  • Review the tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct manager accordingly.
  •  Read the contracts conditions carefully to take it into consideration when preparing the tender.
  • Receive the queries from the team, review them, make the needed amendments and send them to the direct manager or the client to gain needed information about the tender.
  • Contact the suppliers, subcontractors and clients when needed to facilitate the tendering process and abide by the timeline.
  • Review the direct and indirect cost sheets in addition to make the needed amendments in coordination with the Tender Team Leader and Senior Tender Engineer.
  • Reviewing quantities compliance sheet between client & subcontractors’ invoices.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Negotiate with the clients and revise the tender in order to award the project to the company.

Bachelor degree in  Engineering10-15 years of Experience in tendering, cost estimation, and project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving and High responsibility attitudeAnalytical thinking and time managementVery good computer skills such as AutoCAD, and Primavera.
