HR Executive - Recruitment

  1. Receive vacancy requests and perform the recruitment process.
  2. Write job advertising in various media channels. Search the required qualifications and job descriptions, screen CVs, and handle face-to-face interviews.
  3. Conduct HR's First Interview to evaluate candidates.
  4. Inform job applicants about details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  5. Prepare employment offers and contracts.
  6. Develop a comprehensive onboarding procedure and induction program.
  7. Prepare recruitment KPI reports on a monthly, Quarterly & yearly basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.Professional user of Microsoft Office.Good knowledge of Labor law.HR study is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.Giza, Oct, and Zayed residents preferred.
