Financial Management
Own the financial performance of each project, ensuring adherence to budget and achievement of targeted gross profit.
Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions when deviations from the budget occur.
Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting project profitability and financial health.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Proactively monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure that all project risks are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Initiate efforts to improve project management processes and tools, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects.

Project Governance and Compliance
Ensure all projects adhere to Sprints' Project Management & Delivery governance standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including standardized artifacts and reports.
Ensure that all projects are completed with thorough closing activities, and that benefits are tracked or realized as per project goals.
