This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Lawyer in field of HR and labour relationship at CL Pipe and Plastic Company located in New Cairo, Egypt. The Company Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company in field of HR, drafting and reviewing labour contracts, conducting legal research, representing the company in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements of Egyptian Labour Law.
Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations in field of Egyptian Labour Law.Experience in labour contract drafting and reviewExcellent research and analytical skillsAbility to provide sound legal advice in Labour relationship.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Law or related fieldLicense to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionFluent English in writing and speaking as working language.Fresh Candidate graduated from Cairo University is preferred.
