Fundraising Specialist /major gift

  • To identify and track funding opportunities aligned with the organization strategic priorities.
  • To coordinate the development of funding proposals, both to respond to donor funding calls and to proactively pitch to donors.
  • To develop and maintain key resources and build strong donor relationships to support fundraising activities.
  • Build relationships with major donors or companies and make presentations.
  • Manage information and record the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database.
  • Manage their own budget and ensure that targets are met.
  • Account handling: ensuring major donors or companies are happy with their donation scheme and are kept informed of progress and milestones.

Ability to build and maintain relationships.Creativity, imagination, and an entrepreneurial attitude toward fundraisingBachelor's degree.From 2-4 Proven work experience in business development or sales.Excellent spoken and written skills in EnglishTarget OrientedExperience in solicited and unsolicited fundsProficiency in Microsoft Office
