Key Responsibilities:

●Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using phone and scripts.
● Presenting products and services in a convincing and attractive way.
● Answer questions about products or the company
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
●Addressing customer concerns.
● Directing potential customers to the field sales team when needed
● Enter, update and maintain customer information in the database.
● Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
● Handling grievances to maintain the company's reputation
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
