Head of Projects will be responsible for overall management of Times Developments’ projects. With providing strategic leadership and direction, ensuring projects are executed successfully, meeting quality, budget, and schedule goals within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards for all TD’s Projects.

1. Create comprehensive project strategies and plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, and resource allocation to provide a well-defined roadmap that guides the project team and ensures project objectives are clear from the outset
2. track project expenditures, monitor financial performance, and make informed decisions to keep the project within budget to optimize resource allocation, control costs, and maintain financial accountability throughout the project.
3. Lead cross-functional project teams to foster collaboration, maximize team productivity, and facilitate effective communication among team members
4. Monitor project progress and performance to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, ensuring the project stays on track
5. Establish and uphold a framework for compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and permits, overseeing all related activities to avoid legal issues, fines, or delays, and maintain the project's integrity and reputation.
6. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, effectively managing their expectations, and keeping them informed throughout the project.
7. Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively develop mitigation plans, and address unexpected issues as they arise.
8. Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration among various project teams, departments, and external contractors to maintain a cohesive workflow.
9. Offer consistent updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables to stakeholders and team members.

11. Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and other parties, ensuring that the terms are favorable to the company.

13. Remain flexible and responsive to evolving project needs, making necessary adjustments to strategies, plans, and resource allocation.
14. Resolve disputes and conflicts as they arise b/w the project cross-functions.
