Receive calls and attend to customers visits
Handle customers requirements and inquiries
Make sure of units readiness to be delivered
Contact other departments to ensure customers payments before scheduling for delivery
Coordinate between customers, site and management
Inform site team with schedule of delivering units to customers, and follow up delivering
Make sure that payments of insurance deposits are received
Support sales team in interpret technical design to customer when required
Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree Architectural Engineering- 3-5 Years of experience- Real estate and customer service background- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good presentation skills- Leadership- Customer handling, and solve problems- Proficiency in MS Office - AutoCAD- Photoshop- Familiar with real estate laws- Patient and calm
