Job Description

  1. in charge of preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.
  2. organize and coordinate meetings, conferences.
  3. take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
  4. maintain schedules and calendars
  5. . Write emails, memos and letters
  6. keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
  7. ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
  8. write reports
  9. may also manage financial and HR administration
  10. Coordinate with Suppliers and track shipments
