- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events, to actively source and attract potential candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and assess candidates’ cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific roles.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for key roles to ensure a continuous flow of potential hires and reduce time-to-fill through pro-active outreach.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates' skills, qualifications.
- Assist in negotiating job offers, communicating with candidates about compensation and benefits, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
