Job Overview:
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our digital products, including CRM systems, web applications, and mobile apps. The designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the user experience is seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing. This role requires a deep understanding of fintech user needs, particularly in personal finance, car leasing, and credit card services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all our products.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Ensure that designs comply with regulatory and accessibility standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Participate in design sprints and agile processes to deliver timely results.
- Create user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Must Haves:Graduated from the faculty of computer and information science or related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise in fintech or related industries.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD).Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to translate complex financial services into simple and intuitive user experiences.Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.Good To Have:Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.Understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work with developers on design implementation.Familiarity with CRM systems and their user experience challenges.Knowledge of KSA market.
