- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products to specify priorities and delivery dates with the factory manager.
- Prepare, manage, and finalize the master production schedule (MPS).
- Work on a monthly plan and deliver a weekly loading for all production lines.
- Daily follow-up and control of all manufacturing processes and follow-up plan completion and interference to overcome obstacles.
- Developing RCCP to check available capacity to meet the requirements.
- Dealing with stakeholders / interested parties in updating the BOM of all manufactured product parts
- Handle the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) requirements periodically.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to determine the type, and quantity of products required.
- Prepares modifications on implementation schedules for production due to unforeseen increases or decreases in demands for services.
