Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase export sales of citrus fruits and other produce.

Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential buyers, distributors, and partners worldwide.

Export Operations Management:

Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, quality control, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless export operations.

Oversee the documentation process including permits, certificates, invoices, and shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Supplier and Customer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with citrus growers, farmers, suppliers, and packing houses to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality produce.

Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Logistics and Shipping:

Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers to coordinate the timely and cost-effective delivery of products to international markets.

Monitor shipping schedules, freight rates, and transportation costs to optimize logistics operations and minimize expenses.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the export process to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Stay informed about international trade regulations, tariffs, and phytosanitary standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Fairs Participation:

Plan, coordinate, and participate in industry fairs, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
