Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist

Implement talent plans to attract top candidates for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand skill gaps and workforce needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Design and deliver organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, leadership, and team effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve talent management programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, training, and operations teams.
 


2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
