- Contact potential or existing customers
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database. candidate with experience in odoo system is preferred.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
BSc in Business management, Marketing, Engineering, Machinary, Science, Computer, Accounting, Art, Foreign language or relevant degree. Cadidates from Cairo University graduated is preferred.0-1 year work experience as Sales & marketing representative.Very good English level in writing, listening, and speaking.Advanced Microsoft office and Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skills.Strong ability to multi-tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills.Lady candidates are preferred.Fresh Graduated candidates in language of English/ French/ Spanish/ Portuguese/ Italian from Cairo University are welcome.
