Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role involves managing the marketing team, conducting market research, and ensuring that marketing campaigns align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and oversee the execution of marketing projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze consumer data and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance brand visibility.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and media contacts.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience (typically 5 years FMCG ) in marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and team management.Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO tools).Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Desired Skills:Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with budget management and cost control.
