Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to help lead the development and shaping of our products. As a Product Manager at Dayra, you will play a pivotal role in defining product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, while aligning it with the company's overall goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines feature prioritization, milestones, and timelines while staying aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external to define detailed product requirements.
- Work closely with designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch by collaborating with development teams, setting priorities, and tracking progress.
- Ensure the quality and functionality of the product by defining test cases and conducting testing.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including our API documentation website and release notes.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics to help your team measure progress and product adoption.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in product management or relatable experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience building applications for internal or external users.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with product management tools and software is a plus.
