Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in engineering software, including:
- 3ds Max
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Lumion
- Photoshop
- Experience with Saudi building codes is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute architectural plans for various projects.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality project execution and timely completion.
- Provide creative solutions and innovative designs that meet client needs.
- Monitor modifications and updates to designs as needed.
- Experience in preparing quantity take-offs and schedules.
