Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.

• High level of capability and skills in project planning.
• Teamwork and interrelating in a professional manner with others of different cultures.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction environment. 

Responsibilities :

• Developing quality assurance plans specific to each construction project, outlining procedures, standards, and processes to ensure quality throughout all project phases.
• Conducting inspections and tests of construction materials, workmanship, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformances, and preparing quality control reports for submission to project stakeholders.
• Monitoring subcontractors’ quality control activities, ensuring that their work meets project requirements and quality standards.
• Performing periodic quality audits to verify compliance with quality management plans and identify areas for improvement.
• Identifying and addressing non-conformances promptly, including documenting issues, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure that project milestones are achieved.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
• Integrating quality control activities with safety procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Providing training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Participating in lessons learned sessions and contributing to continuous improvement efforts to enhance project quality and efficiency.
