- Lead and manage all phases of ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate regular communication and provide status updates on project progress.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including developers, analysts, and testers. Ensure the team is motivated and equipped to meet project goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action as needed.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects remain within financial constraints.
- Work closely with ERP vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of their systems. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and ERP implementation methodologies.
