- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role. Experience with network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and technical support.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
