Software Project Manager

Company Overview: We are a fast-growing startup with a team of fewer than 10 employees. The IT Project Manager will work directly with the CEO to manage and oversee all company projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain key project documents such as the Project Charter, Project Plan, and Software Requirements Specification (SRS).

Work Breakdown & Task Assignment:

  • Break down projects into manageable work packages and delegate tasks to the team.
  • Preferably use Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Sprints.

Team Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and track team performance using project and task management tools such as Monday.com.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including partners and clients.

Freelancer Coordination:

  • Coordinate with freelancers for specialized tasks such as design, marketing, and other areas.

Financial Planning & Monitoring:

  • Develop and oversee project budgets and ensure financial plans are adhered to.

Technical Support Supervision:

  • Oversee the technical support for previous projects to ensure ongoing success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management and software projects.Proficient in using project management and task management tools.Strong conflict resolution skills.Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
