Traffic Manager (Digital Agency)

  • Create detailed schedules for each department, showing the updated pipeline for each team member.
  • Set deadlines for each stage of delivery and make sure that each team member has been notified of so.
  • Ensure that all departments flow efficiently by troubleshooting/solving overlapping tasks.
  • Distribute assignments and workload according to given timeframes/workloads/availability.
  • Monitor and follow up with assigned tasks and report potential obstacles to their assigned stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all tasks meet the set deadline.
  • Keep relevant parties updated on the progress communicated by executors.
  • Prioritize pending, simultaneous tasks according to their communicated urgency.
  • Meet with clients (when required) to acquire in-depth details about each project to efficiently follow up with the tasks.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and teams of other subsidiaries.
  • Maintain/assort work files and create a library that includes all inputs/outputs.
  • Constantly research the market/industry to stay up-to-date with latest technicalities/trends.

Strong Task Management skills.Decision-making skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.+5 years in the same filed.
