Sales Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues , customers and HQ. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Customer record management
  • Sales reports
  • Processing new sales leads
  • Provide support to the sales department
  • Ensure order and invoice accuracy
  • Order processing
  • Organize meeting and arrange appointments
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Preparing sales reports, contracts and agreements
  • Retrieve and process all mail
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Update Customer details
  • Checking invoices
  • Communicate customer feedback
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Handling CRM
  • Keeping sales records
  • Monitoring customer accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree work experience , Engineer prefered
  • 2 years of experience coordinating and tracking project tasks and budgets.
  • 2 years of experience in technical writing and/or editing.
  • Familiarity with environmental consulting processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with consultant contracts and preparing proposals.
  • Tactful communication and diplomacy with clients.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Desire to work closely with a team, both communicating and coordinating project task lists.
  • The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
