Role Description

• Responsible for achieving the required production plans with the required quality on the specified dates.
• Responsible for the quality of operations required by his departments and the quality of the product, and immediately reporting unacceptable deviations and stopping them
• Continuing defective operations after the first sample and trying to fix them or resorting to the direct manager.
• Follow up with its departments if any product-related problems arise and work to solve them.
• Supervising the operation of machines to conduct production operations and early start-up operations.
• Supervising the provision of all required materials, components and parts in coordination with the Planning Department and the relevant departments in the appropriate time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applied arts or fine arts
• Experience From 3 to5 years in the Furniture industry.
• Previous experience or background in Furniture factories is Preferred
• Production Engineering and Production Planning skills
• Analytical Skills and Quality Control knowledge
• Effective Communication abilities
• Experience in manufacturing processes and industrial engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
