Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will be the maestro orchestrating a symphony of innovation, transforming traditional learning into an immersive, dynamic, and empowering experience. As the driving force behind our learning programs, you'll redefine the future of learning in a way that captivates, inspires, and leaves a lasting impact on 100M techies in MEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and tech. market needs.
    • Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for learning programs.
    • Foster relationships with key players in the technology sector to enhance program quality and relevance.
    • Align learning initiatives with the overall mission and vision of the organization.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify target audiences, learning objectives, and market trends.
  • Content Creation and Oversight:
    • Lead a team of content creators, educational psychologists, instructional & learning experience designers, experts’ relationship specialists and multimedia production creatives to produce engaging and effective learning content.
    • Ensure content meets quality standards, aligns with pedagogical principles, and is optimized for digital and AI-driven delivery.
  • Learning Technology Integration:
    • Work closely with technology teams to seamlessly integrate latest learning-experience updates into Sprints platforms.
    • Stay informed about the latest advancements in learning technology to enhance content delivery and learner’s experience.
  • Quality Assurance and Maintenance:
    • Implement processes for quality assurance to guarantee accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of content.
    • Establish a system for regular content reviews and updates to keep pace with evolving needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Learners’ Experience Optimization:
    • Prioritize learners’ experience in content design, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
    • Analyze learners’ feedback, implementing improvements to enhance overall content delivery and usability.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Foster collaboration between content teams, product development, marketing, and other relevant departments.
    • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze content & experts performance metrics.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies and user engagement.
  • Market Research and Trends Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, learning policies, and emerging technologies.
    • Integrate market research findings into content strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer / Entities Needs Analysis:
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
    • Analyze target audience characteristics and learning preferences.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Bachelor's degree in either technology or education.An advanced degree in a field related to either technology or education is preferable.Proven track record w/ 10+ years of experience within the learning and development sector or a combination of roles in both technology and learning, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions.Extensive experience in designing and implementing technology-centric curriculum and learning programs.Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making for optimizing learning outcomes.Successful experience in developing and executing strategic learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams toward innovative and impactful learning outcomes.Familiarity with adult learning principles and various instructional design models.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
