Human Resources Manager

  •  Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall
    business strategy.
    Establishing the company’s administrative structures.
  •  Managing and planning the human resources budget.
    Manage the recruitment and selection process
     Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
    motivation and preservation of human capital
    Responsible for updating the job descriptions for all positions in the company.
    Maintain a positive and productive work environment by fostering open communication
    and employee engagement.
    Manage and keep an eye on a system for performance reviews that promotes
    excellence.
    Design and maintain pay plan and benefits program
     Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure the company is compliant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or arelated field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources management. Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.Proven experience in recruitment, on boarding, and employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficient in HR software and information systems.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practicesNOTE: TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE “PRIVATE CARE WITH DRIVER”
