Responsible for updating the job descriptions for all positions in the company.

Design and maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure the company is compliant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or arelated field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources management. Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.Proven experience in recruitment, on boarding, and employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficient in HR software and information systems.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practicesNOTE: TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE “PRIVATE CARE WITH DRIVER”
