- Apply SMED methodology to reduce change over time& Setup Time of machines.
- Develop and improve the production processes using Lean Tools.
- Increase the awareness of workers of food safety requirements through training & follow-up.
- Ensure that finished products’ specifications are met according to the quality standard.
- Supervise the whole production cycle from material requisition & turn-in, processing till delivery of finished products to store.
- Ensure the production line is adequately staffed, and workers scheduled properly.
- Increase Productivity and Efficiency of Whole production processes by applying different Tools.
- Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems by checking machines before, during, and after production.
- Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks through the shift. And carefully ensure all information is entered correctly and clearly.

- Make sure GMP & GHP are applied by workers.
- Decrease waste in all stages of the manufacturing process.
- Assure that production and surrounding areas are always clean.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of production management software and tools.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
