Business Development Advisor
Reporting to: Business Development Director
Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Specialist at AB & Associates, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities & leads, as well as nurture and expand relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
- Business Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities , leads and areas for expansion.
- Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
- Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operational teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with operations teams to leverage internal expertise in crafting client solutions.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports & presentations on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.years of proven experience in business development or sales.Strong understanding of HR & consulting solutions, trends, and challenges.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Fluent English is a must.
