Job Title: Hotels Senior Contracts Executive

Job Mandate/Summary:
The Senior Contracts Executive’s focus is to maintain the company’s Direct hotels portfolio in the designated territorial destination by the contracting manager in terms of visibility and competitiveness. Maintian suppliers’ inventory & rates as per the contractual agreements of FIT static and/or Dynamic commisonable agreements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Negotiate rates competitiveness, and availability (allocation and/or free sale) as assigned. • Monitor competitor pricing and availability and respond accordingly
• Liaise with the contracting manager hotels’ production volumes to ensure adequate inventory.
• Liaise with the contracting amnger promotional opportunities within designated destinations/region
• Ensure all contract administration is completed to company guidelines in an accuratly.
• Ensure all hotel information content (photos/facilities/contact details) is accurate and up to date
• Negotiate bookouts and bookings issues to minimize and void losses
• Act as a solution provider in designated region
• Undertake regular business trips and trade fair attendance if required.
• Carry out other administrative tasks, as and when required
Eduction and training: • Bachelor’s degree, in tourim studies or equivlient major. • Very good in Arabic and English language is a must. • Business English and Documentation Skills e-mails writing, and Details oriented. • Travel Trade Experience, Tourism industry and/or hospitality supported by proven contracting experience gained within OTA/Wholsale/BedBank/TO envoirement Core competencies: • Strong and compelling negotiator • Able to produce accurate and analytical reports from numerous data sources • Personal commitmemt ownership, proactive and results/solutions-driven, delivering on commitments and meeting deadlines. • Agility and flexibity Work related experience: • 3 – 5 Years Contracting and yielding experience TA/OTA/DMC/WH • B2B/B2C contracting experience in the designated destination • Hands-on Technical contracts management (Static & Channel manager).
