Main Job Duties:
- Operation of production dryer equipped with computer automatic control and adjustment of production programs to product-specific parameters.
- Operation of various production equipment such as sieves, mills, metal detectors…etc.
- Troubleshooting operational issues.
- Ensure the optimal daily production in the plant according to time-, cost- and quality-related specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilization.
- Continuously improving the defined processes, to ensure an efficient and economic production process on the basis of the predetermined planning.
- Participate in preparing the performance analysis and derive measures in case of assessed divergences. Ensure their implementation in accordance with the executive manager.
- Implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection.
- Ensure a clear exchange of all important information within shift change.
- Take samples and conduct quality controls, and if necessary forward the results to Quality department.
- Conduct the necessary equipment cleaning.
Working Conditions:
- 8 Working Hours 6 days a week / 2-3 Rotational shifts
- Work Location: 6th of October.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree of Agriculture (Food processing and Food Technology Majors).2-10 years of experience in food production related work (Junior/Senior)Excellent command of English.Very good Communication skills.
