Brand Manager

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage the in-house production team to ensure consistent brand messaging and quality.
  • Coordinate with the factory for the timely production and delivery of jewelry products.
  • Manage the brand’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
  • Develop and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies and materials that drive sales growth.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead the development of product packaging, labeling, and other brand-related materials.
  • Work closely with the PR team to enhance brand visibility and manage public relations activities.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messages.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Scope of Work:

  • Creative Agencies: Manage the relationship with external creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand vision, goals, and budget. Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital content, and event promotions.
  • In-House Production Team: Lead the in-house creative team in the development of marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and are delivered on time. Provide creative direction and feedback to maintain high-quality output.
  • Factory Coordination: Liaise with the factory to ensure the production process aligns with marketing timelines and product launches. Monitor production schedules, quality control, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the brand’s social media presence, including strategy development, content creation, and performance tracking. Engage with the audience, manage online reputation, and drive growth in social media metrics.
