Job Description
- Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
- Taking client communication briefs and, where required, supporting the team with drafting creative briefs.
- Presenting and selling creative work.
- Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes.
- Adhering to all the deadlines and having a smooth project management.
- Knowledge of branding and design principles with an experience in the creative industry.
- Handle multiple clients at once, often working with tight deadlines.
- Identify ways to grow the business with current clients and suggest actions to improve services.
- Work internally with different departments as production, operation, designers and developing team.
2 years of experience in account management in an agency is a mustExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Very good in Arabic and EnglishEvent management is a plus
