Job responsibilities:

1. Strictly execute various rules and regulations as well as operation standards, following the leader’s instructions and task arrangement.

2. Tool Pusher is the leader of the Shift, is responsible for receiving the Job instructions of the company Supervisor or/and company representative and Rig manager at the Well Site, and organizes the shift staff to execute the Workover Contract high efficiently. Obey orders from Rig manager.

3.Compiling and giving the shift work orders every shift according to the program and Rig manager’s instruction.

4. Carrying out risk identification and taking risk mitigation, pushing the shift members strictly following the operation rules and regulations, correct unsafety behavior, stopping rules and regulations violation and incident. Keeping the shift management improved continually.

5. Being responsible for well control safety, implementing safety rules strictly, organizing safety inspection and correcting deficiency, carrying out all kind of drills including but not limited BOP, firefighting, Security drill.

6. Being responsible for installation, inspection and maintenance of well control equipment and recording the relevant well control document.

7. In accordance with requirements of equipment management, being responsible for supervising the equipment inspection, routine maintenance.

8. Implement the disassembling, mobilization and installations of the equipment in accordance with Rig manager’s order.

9. Make well control management work and process connection according to supervision instruction;

10. According to the construction steps and progress, prepare the relevant tools and materials in advance, contact the third-party construction team in advance;

11. Solve and deal with the abnormal situation in the construction; Report the completion of construction on time.
