Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and manage job postings across various platforms including job boards, social media, and company website.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Interview and Selection:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate responses, and provide recommendations based on assessment.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing feedback and updates in a timely manner.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
