- Performance manage staff as required to develop personal and professional effectiveness, recognizing high performance and tackling inadequate performance, ensuring staff has access to appropriate training, learning and development opportunities.
- You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements.
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.).
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
3-5 years of experience at language schools as a Head of Science for National Curriculum.English fluency is a must.Language schools graduatesFlexibility and commitment are required
