Client Support Specialist

 As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and service. You will handle client inquiries, manage communications, and coordinate tasks between our clients and internal teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and seamless project execution.


    Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.    Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and issues.    Manage client communications through various channels (email, phone, chat).    Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.    Coordinate and delegate tasks between clients and internal teams (development, project management, QA).    Ensure all client requests and issues are documented and tracked in the support system.    Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with our products and services.    Schedule and participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project status and gather feedback.    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects stay on track.Requirements:    Proven experience in a client support or customer service role.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.    Experience in coordinating and managing tasks between different teams.    Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
