Purpose:
Reconciliation and settlement Senior officer will help the business to reconcile all Khales payment transactions across the systems, and with eKhales billers, partners, Omni channels and settlement bank. The role is responsible about supervision as a 2nd level of reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Ensure daily validation of settlement reports
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of financial reports
- Handle and follow up with all the customers any invoicing or settlement problem
- Handle and follow up with all disputes related activities
- Channels reconciliation and settlement.
Education:University degree in business or commerce or any relevant experience Experience:2- 4 years of experience in a related field.Fintech or Telcom or Banking is recommended.Knowledge & Abilities:Previous reconciliation, settlement, or revenue assurance experience is a mustPrevious experience in banking or payment industryAnalytical mind, and attention to details is a mustGood reporting skills. Strong client relationship management and customer service skillsExperience with dashboard and visualization toolsExperience in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, access and Power Point). Good knowledge in SQL is a plus
