Key Responsibilities:

Barcode and Inventory Management:

• Apply and manage barcodes on products to ensure accurate tracking and inventory control.
• Maintain and update the inventory management system with accurate product information.
• Assist in creating products on the system and ensuring all data is correctly entered.

Warehouse Operations:

• Handle the receipt, storage, and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Ensure products are prepared for distribution, including adding alarms and necessary labels.
• Perform regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

Product Distribution:

• Prepare and organize products for distribution to various branches.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning.

Support Supply Chain Activities:

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage the flow of products from suppliers to the warehouse.
• Assist in generating and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Support daily product analysis and reporting tasks to optimize operations.

General Operational Support:

• Provide general support across warehouse and supply chain functions as needed.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and in compliance with company standards.
