This is a full-time hybrid role located in Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work.
- The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Inside & on-field sales.
- Focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through online channels, or in face-to-face meetings.
- They handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and provide product information, demonstrations, and pricing details.
- They also follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer relationships.
