A travel and tourism company, that has branches in Heliopolis and in the Pyramisd area is seeking a highly experienced, and skilled inbound Tour consultant (Travel consultant - Tour operator), The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nile cruises and the classic tour packages around Egypt, a minimum 5 years experience in the incoming tourism to Egypt is must.
ResponsibilitiesResponding to the clients’ (individuals or groups) requests in English via different channels, such as Email, Phone, and Chat.Create tailor-made itineraries around EgyptTour package pricing.Provide itinerary with the appropriate quotation to the customerCollect deposits and balancesCreate invoices.Provide tourists with all required information about Egypt and sightseeingDescribe trips to clients and give detailed information on any documents required, such as passports or visas to Egypt.Follow up with clients during trips and assure they are happy with the company's service.SkillExcellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong Sales skillsKnowledge about sightseeing and tour operations in Egypt/Good knowledge of Egypt travel destinations IT skills as user in Excel, Word, and Outlook emails. Internet, and social media.
