Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit to produce detailed architectural designs.
- Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to integrate their models into the architectural design.
- Generate high-quality architectural documentation and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve any discrepancies within the BIM model.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows within the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.Proven experience as a BIM Architect with expertise in Revit.Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of other BIM tools and software is a plus.
