- Develop and implement production plans based on forecasted demand.
- Monitor and control the execution of the production plan to meet targets.
- Adjust plans as needed based on real-time data and production performance.
- Ensure adherence to the production schedule.
- Address any deviations from the plan promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular GAP analysis to identify discrepancies between actual production and forecasted demand.
- Implement corrective actions to address identified gaps.
- Generate and issue production orders in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
- Ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place before issuing orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ingredients to the production floor.
- Resolve any issues related to the transportation of ingredients.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning.Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
