Recruitment Specialist

 

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for various roles within the retail clothing industry through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
  • First Round Interviews: Conduct in-depth first-round interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and potential contribution to the company.
  • Coordinating Interviews: Arrange and coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed about the status of their applications and the next steps in the process.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates for final interviews.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Interviewing: Proficient in conducting behavioral interviews and assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and across different departments.Proactive: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
