Sr. Customer Service Agent

  • Handel customer inquiries promptly and professionally over the phone and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional support.
  • Engage with the customers and leave positive feedback.
  • Analyze the customer's feedback to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancing the company's services and the customer experience as a whole.
  • Conduct outreach activities to attract new customers (both individuals and corporates).
  • Close sales and assist the customers throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management.

Bachelor's degreeVery good command of the English languageMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience in customer service and salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience in social media moderation, engaging with customers, and building strong relationships with them.Experience in real estate is preferredStrong interpersonal skills and nurturing relationships with customersSkilled in analyzing the customer's feedback and generating reports to enhance the company's servicesDedicated, self-motivated, and can work independentlyEnthusiastic about customer service and supporting customers.
